Staff/Teacher Data: Name, contact details, real-time Location (GPS), and Camera (Photographs). Location and Camera data are collected exclusively for the purpose of secure staff check-in/check-out and attendance verification.
Technical Data: Information collected automatically via website cookies or server logs (e.g., browser type, IP address).

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data only for specific, legitimate educational and administrative purposes, such as admission processing, academic reporting, and campus safety.

4. Parental Consent

As we handle children's data, we obtain explicit, verifiable consent from parents or legal guardians before collecting any personal information. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose or as required by Indian law.

Personal Identification: Name, Father’s Name, DOB, and Mobile Number for secure account creation also for the staff portal.
Device Information: Unique Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for attendance alerts and notifications.
Hardware Access (Camera): Strictly for "Gate Scanner" and "Fee Scanner." Processed locally on your device; not stored or transmitted to our servers.
Hardware Access (Camera): To verify the staff member's identity when they check in at school premises and the photo flushes out from servers when they check out.
Hardware Access (Location): To provide location-based services and improve user experience and check in process of staff members.

2. Data Usage

We use your data for:

Authentication: Verifying identity for secure portals.
Notifications: Delivering time-sensitive fee and attendance alerts.
Administration: Managing student records and transport logs.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase for backend infrastructure and notifications. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

To request account deletion, contact the administrator at 8306060365 with your Mobile Number and Student ID. Data is removed within 7 business days.
